Guests are fully entitled and encouraged to bring their own food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy at the cockpit picnic table.
🍾 Passenger Alcohol Policy
Passengers (non-drivers) are conditionally permitted to bring and enjoy light alcoholic refreshments, such as Prosecco or light beer, for a relaxed celebration.
Strictly prohibited for the designated skipper/driver⚠️ Pre-Boarding Sobriety Policy
If the renter or skipper shows clear signs of alcohol consumption prior to boarding, the rental will be cancelled immediately as a "No Show" without refund.
🚫 Illegal Substances & Narcotics
Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate rental termination and direct report to the police (An Garda Síochána).
Strict Departure & Return Policy
Passenger boarding and disembarkation are strictly permitted ONLY at our home jetty at Ballina Pier. Landing or picking up passengers at any other piers, islands, or wild shores is strictly prohibited for safety and insurance reasons.
